Glenview Stars Picture Night and Fall Hockey Fest BBQ This Week

The Glenview Stars are happy to announce that team photos will be taken on Monday, Oct. 14 and Monday, Oct. 21, and that the Glenview Stars Fall Hockey Fest season kick-off BBQ and game weekend will be Oct. 19-20. Read below for details on both events!

Picture Night

Picture night is Monday, Oct. 14 for most Stars teams and Monday, Oct. 21 for all others. The nights are not interchangeable, so please attend picture night on your assigned date with your team. Both team and individual photos will be taken at your designated time and order forms will be distributed by your team manager. Even if you don't plan to order individual photos, attendance for the team photo is mandatory. Don't miss out!

Players should arrive early and must be fully dressed in their uniform -- with skates on -- by their assigned time. The photographers cannot wait for late players.

Game Day Weekend

Come join in the fun at the Glenview Stars Fall Hockey Fest and have a feast!

Bring the entire family to help the Glenview Stars kick off the season on Saturday, Oct. 19 and Sunday, Oct. 20. Come early and stay late to cheer on your fellow Stars teams. Bagels and coffee will be served at the early practices, followed by burgers, hot dogs and chips at later games.

Volunteers Needed: Please lend a hand behind the scenes by volunteering for set up, clean up or by being a grillmaster. We will schedule your shift around your child's ice time. Contact our Fall Hockey Fest coordinator Lynne Schauwecker to volunteer. It's fun, easy and a great way to get involved and meet other Stars families.
