Glenview Stars PeeWee Silver Head Coach John Harris and Asst. Coach Trevor Harris had a lot to smile about over the weekend as they led their team to an impressive win at the Fort Wayne Pre-Season Blast Tournament.

The PeeWee Silver team came together and worked hard on their way to the semis. Play against the Jackson Generals was closely matched and the Stars rose to the occasion with a 2-to-1 victory which advanced them to the finals. Momentum stayed with the Stars team and took them to a 9-to-1 win over the Fort Wayne Komets for the championship.
 
Coach Harris stated that he is proud of the effort put forth by his team. They played as a team and kept digging. "Enjoy this moment as we move into the seeding round, as there is still work to be done and games to be played," said Coach Harris.
