Led by team captain Patrick Myers with nine goals in four games and stellar goal tending by goalies Matt Grinde and Brett Zera, the Glenview Stars Bantam Elite team won the Presidents Day weekend tournament in Indianapolis.

The Stars outscored their opponents 23 to 4 in the four games and beat their local rival the Rockford Roadrunners NIHL Bantam Elite team in the championship game 4 to 0.

Also providing tournament goals were forwards Danny O'Grady, Cal Falkenhayn, Danny Arkus, Tim Harte, Ryan Buckingham, Connell O’Brien, Adam Krempasky and defensemen David Wendel and Will Fine.
