What a crazy time right now, most of you are now teachers or even students along with your kids.  Hopefully you are enjoying your time together.

I thought I would send you a few things to do/watch while out of school. 

First is our 7 Day Challenge, attached is the form with a few exercises to keep your skills and body sharp while out of school.  Please complete the form and send it back once completed so that I keep a tally.
