Congratulations to all Glenview Stars teams playing in the Northern Illinois Hockey League (NIHL) for an outstanding tiering round. NIHL has announced tiers for the regular season and the Stars are proud to have our Bantam 1 and PeeWee 1 teams playing in the Elite division. The Stars are solidly represented in the Gold, Silver and Bronze divisions as well and expect a positive season from all our teams.
Mite, Squirt, PeeWee and Bantam team managers will attend a NIHL league scheduling meeting on Saturday, Nov. 2, where the regular season schedules will be set. League games can begin as early as Tuesday, Nov. 5 and must be completed by Saturday, Feb. 1.
For Mites, seeding round games will begin on Sunday, Dec. 1 and be completed by Saturday, Dec. 14.
