The Elite Skills Enhancement Program (ESEP)                      Program fee is $825 for all age levels

The ESEP is for Serious Travel Players Only and will meet twice a week (skills session and coach controlled 3v3) in order to maximize every players’ development, reinforce skills already acquired and learn new ones.  Players will be challenged to work beyond their comfort zone in a fun and challenging environment.  The sessions will include skill building, small area games and station work.  This program is for the dedicated hockey player that wants to play at the highest level.  Program expectations will include commitment, attendance, effort and attention.  In order to provide the best and most competitive environment, players will be evaluated and may be split into appropriate groups.  The 3v3 cross ice part of the program is about more touches, more shots, more pressure on the puck.  It is about self-discovery and creativity.  It’s about the kids discovering and creating, escaping, learning when to move the puck, when to shoot.  It’s all about them. It’s kind of like small area pond hockey for kids to learn the game and thrive with minimal adult intervention.

Participation in this program includes two tournaments. Our professional staff will be instructing all of the sessions and coaching the tournament teams.
