Several Stars Mite, Squirt, PeeWee, Bantam and Girls teams did well in area Thanksgiving tournaments, with the Bantam 1 team winning their championship game against the Affton Americans by a score of 4-3. Tournament MVP Vince Guzaldo led the Bantams to two shutout games earlier in the series plus an exciting double-overtime win in the semi-final round against the Bruins.

The Mite 1 team participated in the Wishbone tournament in Northbrook, going 2-2 over the holiday weekend. Though they lost two close games early in the tournament, Mite 1 came back strong to defeat Northbrook 8-0 and the Chesterfield Falcons 6-2 in the closing games.

In the Mite A2 division of the Wishbone tournament, the Stars Mite 3 team went undefeated in the round robin portion before loosing to tournament-winner Wilmette in the semi-finals.

At the Turkey Time tournament in Highland Park, both the Squirt 1 and PeeWee 2 teams took second place in their divisions against top-notch local and out-of-state competitors.

The Girls U10 team took third place in the Niles Gobble Gobble tournament. Playing all-boys teams, they split the tournament games, posting a 2-2 record for the weekend. The Girls U10 team also played outdoors at Watts in Glencoe, defeating the Winnetka Girls U10/12B team 11-1.
