The Glenview Stars are proud to announce that Jeff Marks will coach the PeeWee 3 team for the 2009-2010 season. Jeff is also a coach for the Highland Park Giants high school hockey team and owns Big Lou's Pro Shop and Big Lou's Pit Stop at the Glenview Ice Center.

Jeff began his hockey career in Glenview, where he skated for the Stars as a Mite and a Squirt, helping win the Silver Stick Championship. Jeff then played hockey for the Northern Express in Park Ridge before playing high school hockey at Maine East.

After high school, Jeff played collegiate hockey for Illinois State, where he was a two-sport athlete, playing hockey in the fall and winter and baseball in the spring.

Later, as a coach, Jeff helped lead the Highland Park Giants high school hockey team to the Blackhawk Cup White Division championship game in 2009.

Jeff loves teaching hockey to kids of all ages. Even if Jeff isn't your team's coach this season, be sure to stop by Big Lou's to say "hi."
